Dynamic Loading on Scroll

This page is an example of doing dynamic loading via scroll bars and JavaScript. It uses the Intersection Observer mechanism where supported, but, unfortunately, that doesn't include IE or Safari on the desktop, or any browser I've tried on mobile.
